The list below is the core curriculum for students in the Professional Program in Veterinary Medicine. Every effort has been made to make the list accurate as of the date of publication. The veterinary curriculum at the Professional Program in Veterinary Medicine is designed as a predominantly in-person educational program. Students are expected to attend and participate actively in all lectures, laboratories, discussions, and other learning experiences. Distance education, as defined by the AVMA Council on Education, is used selectively to support the college’s educational mission and to provide access to specialized expertise in specific subject areas. Approximately 6% of the content hours of the core curriculum at UNL PPVM are delivered via distance education.
